Simon Ashton, CEO of UK food manufacturer Pritchitts, is undertaking a 560-mile sponsored cycle ride to raise funds for St. James University Hospital (Jimmy’s), in Leeds, where his four-year-old sun Jack is receiving treatment for leukaemia.

From London to Dundee, the ride will take in a number of large hospitals en route.
