UK grocery operator Sainsbury’s has extended its Be Good to Yourself range to include 17 new products.
The company announced yesterday (18 January) that the range now includes over 230 products including Pesto Chicken Flatbread and Vegetable Moussaka.
It said the range “adheres to strict nutritional standards” with at least 30% than the standard equivalent product or less than 3% fat.
The retailer launched the range in order to help customers “lose a few pounds in the New Year”.
“Giving customers added confidence that there is no compromise on taste, all the new and improved food has been customer panelled to ensure they taste their best,” said Sainsbury’s company nutritionist Charlie Parker.
