Tesco has appointed Lucy Neville-Rolfe as the company’s executive director, corporate and legal affairs.
Tesco chairman David Reid said: “I am delighted that Lucy is joining the board. Her wide experience at home and internationally and her record at Tesco over the last nine years show that she will provide a major contribution to the success of the group.”
Jonathan Lloyd, deputy company secretary, will succeed Neville-Rolfe as company secretary.
