Unilever is making good progress towards the sale of its European frozen foods businesses, which is expected to be completed by the end of the year, the company told just-food today (4 May).

“We will be sending out a memorandum of information on the sale later this month,” Trevor Gorin, Unilever spokesman, said. “We announced the sale in February and we said back then that we expect to complete the sale by the end of the year. This is still the case.”
