Amish Naturals has filed a patent application to secure interlectual property protection for its high fibre products.

The company has filed an application for a high fibre pasta, which retains a natural taste and texture.

Additionally, Amish Naturals has filed an application to patent a product and method to increase the fiber content of flour-based products, especially baked goods.

“We are constructing a solid Intellectual Property portfolio to protect our family of products which includes all-natural, gourmet pastas, cereals, nutrition bars and other premium food products,” Troy Treangen, EVP/COO of Amish Naturals, said.
