Blue Horizon Organic recently launched Blue Horizon Natural Seafood Bites, a gluten-free appetizer line. The Bites come in four varieties – Salmon Cake Bites, Crab Cake Bites, Fish & Chip Bites and Albacore Tuna Bites. Three of the four varieties are Marine Stewardship Council-certified, the company said.
Each box of Seafood Bites contains 12 pieces, at 80 calories per serving. The Bites are free of preservatives, antibiotics and trans-fats.
“We’re delighted to include Blue Horizon Organic’s Seafood Bites in our seafood offering,” said Dave Pilat, Whole Foods Market national seafood coordinator.
“Blue Horizon Organic continues to lead the industry in value-added foods and sustainable seafood practices – a perfect complement to the high standards we uphold at Whole Foods Market.”
