The JM Smucker Company has acquired the White Lily brand from CH Guenther & Son, parent company of The White Lily Foods Company.

Generating sales of approximately US$33m, White Lily branded products include all-purpose and specialty flours, cornmeal, muffin mixes, grits and frozen biscuits.
