US cereal manufacturer the Kellogg Company has today (1 September) launched Kellogg Direct, a direct stock purchase and dividend reinvestment plan available to individual investors.

The programme, the company said, allows new investors to conveniently and economically make initial investments in Kellogg shares and allows existing shareholders to increase their holdings of Kellogg’s common stock.
