US sauces maker Traina Foods has expanded its portfolio to include Premium California Sun Dried Tomato Ketchup.

Launched at the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco this week, the sauce is designed for use on foods such as hamburgers and French fries as well as for use as a marinade or sauce. Each bottle contains higher concentrations of healthy lycopene, in addition to vitamins A, B and C. It has less sugar and salt than other varieties, the company claims, and is gluten free.
