Meat company Tyson Foods’ board of directors has declared the quarterly dividend payable on 15 June 2006.


The dividend, of $.04 per share on class A common stock and $.036 per share on class B common stock, is payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on 1 June.


Tyson operates in over 80 countries, with approximately 114,000 workers employed at more than 300 facilities around the world.
