Holley will continue to oversee finance, tax and investor relations and will take on additional responsibility for treasury. He was promoted to senior vice president, controller of Wal-Mart in 2003, and was named senior vice president, finance in December 2005, having joined Wal-Mart from the Tandy Corporation in 1994.


 


Jay Fitzsimmons, currently senior vice president, treasurer, is set to retire on 31 January.
