Manufacturer and distributor of whole foods, Whole Living, has changed its name to ForeverGreen Worldwide.
Whole Living’s board of directors has directed the company to file an information statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission, informing SEC of the name change, which is expected to be finalised by the end of the year.
In January this year, Whole Living acquired a 23% stake in ForeverGreen International and in October, Whole Living entered into a letter of intent to acquire the remaining stake in ForeverGreen In anticipation of the consummation of this deal, Whole Food’s board proposed changing the company’s name to ForeverGreen Worldwide, as the companies had combined management teams, integrated distributors, business models and consolidated product lines.
“Our executive team is diligently working to expedite this transaction, and we will keep the financial community informed of our progress,” stated Whole Living’s president Ron Williams. “We fully expect to complete this acquisition by the end of the year.”
