This is significant for home cooks worldwide as they now have access, via Allrecipes.com, to the widest variety of kitchenware and specialty food items from a single source for all of their meal planning needs.

The new store launched today, November 6, in conjunction with Allrecipes.com’s new logo and site design update. The store, available at www.allrecipes.com, offers a powerful combination of more than 30,000 kitchenware utensils, appliances and cooking aides, plus more than 1,000 specialty food items. As part of the alliance, specific kitchenware and specialty food items will be profiled on Allrecipes.com that correlate with holidays and featured menus, events or cooking themes. Specialty food items and kitchenware that can help users select the right tool or ingredient for preparing dishes will also be linked to recipes throughout the site. The new store also offers value-added features, such as international shipping capabilities; 24-hour, toll-free customer service; and a brick-and-mortar presence via Kitchen Etc.’s retail stores and Electricfood.com’s parent company, Hy-Vee.
