Forbes Medi-Tech yesterday [24 July] announced that the Altus Foods Co. has started test marketing the Take Heart line of food products in select markets in New York States. Take Heart products are fortified with Phytrol (brand name Reducol), Forbes’ cholesterol-lowering plant sterol-based food ingredient, reports Canada’s National Post.
