US fastfood giant Burger King has announced higher US same-store sales for October, marking the company’s ninth consecutive month of US same-store sales growth.
Burger King said US system-wide same-store sales rose 6.9% with US franchise sales up 6.4% and company restaurant sales up 12.3% year-on-year.
“October was another great month for the Burger King system, with comparable sales strong all around the globe,” said Greg Brenneman, chief executive officer of Burger King. “We continue to rebound on the backs of strong marketing programmes and exciting product introductions that resonate highly with our consumers.”
