For only the fourth time in its nearly 75 year history, the Elmwood Park, NJ-based Food Institute will have a new president – Brian Todd, previously Senior Vice President of the Elmwood Park, NJ-based food industry trade association.
Todd began his career at the Food Institute in 1980 as an analyst at the association, advancing to editor, vice president and most recently senior vice president. Todd holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey and currently resides with his wife and two children in Emerson, NJ.
He succeeds Rick Pfaff, who joined the Food Institute in 1971, became president in 1992 and will retire as of 1 August.
