Tim Carda, formerly a chief executive officer of several California hospitals, is acting chief executive officer of FSbuy.com. eRFP allows buyers to submit an online electronic request for proposal, which FSbuy.com forwards automatically to all registered pre-qualified vendors within their assigned category who then reply with a proposal. The eAuction forum is an online auction site for buying and selling depreciated equipment, excess inventory, and refurbished, slow-moving or discontinued items.
