Green Mountain Coffee, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMCR) today announced the hiring of Kathryn S. Brooks as Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Development. This new position has been created in response to the Company’s growth and corresponding organizational requirements. Ms. Brooks has over 20 years of human resources experience that will support Green Mountain Coffee in meeting its organizational demands as a growing, socially responsible company.

Brooks received a B.S. degree from Southern Connecticut State University and a M.S. from the University of New Haven. Prior to joining Green Mountain Coffee, her human resources career most recently included senior management positions at Bombardier Capital, Inc. in Colchester, Vermont and Webster Financial in Waterbury, Connecticut.
