Under the new agreement, Digital River will build, host and manage a new web site called, which will offer popular Nabisco snacks and confections in a new, high quality line of all-occasion gift packages perfect for personal and business gift-giving. Digital River will also provide integrated e-marketing and merchandising services for the web site. The new web site will be up and running in late November, just in time for holiday gift giving.

Gift givers visiting the site will find a fun and convenient way to purchase special gift baskets, tins and boxes filled with Nabisco snack favorites, including Oreo, Chips Ahoy!, Snackwell’s and Fig Newton cookies, Ritz, Wheat Thins and Cheese Nip crackers, Planters nuts and Life Savers candies. When placing online orders, shoppers will choose from a combination of products and creative packages that are then wrapped and shipped. The all-occasion gifts are perfect for care packages, birthdays, business giving, thank you’s, thinking of you’s and seasonal celebrations. Visitors frequenting the site will also find regular promotions.
