The Procter & Gamble Company announced the following changes effective November 1, 2001:

  • Juan Pedro Hernandez, 47, currently vice president – finance & accounting, global market development organization, has been elected vice president and treasurer, The Procter & Gamble Company.

  • Gretchen W. Price, 46, currently vice president and treasurer, The Procter & Gamble Company, has been named vice president – finance & accounting, global market development organization.
