 Diplomats are still waiting for a detailed report from talks chairman Tim Groser, which may be issued this week, but the ICC is not hopeful it will amount to much. Chamber general secretary Guy Sebban said: “This is obviously a missed opportunity to make much-needed progress ahead of the Hong Kong ministerial conference in December.”
