Hiperbaric 135 In-pack
The Hiperbaric 135 is targeted for medium food production. Its 135l (36.7gal) vessel with a 300mm (11.8in) diameter allows for larger products and provides good filling efficiency, enabling throughputs around 670kg/h (1,480lbs/h).
With its four high-pressure intensifiers, it is able to perform a cycle at 600MPa / 87,000psi in less than two minutes (without holding time). The Hiperbaric 135 has become one of the fastest industrial HPP machines in the world.
