BEX’s new TWK series molded tank washing nozzle provides 360º rotation in a compact assembly. The molded rotating nozzle provides a cost-effective alternative to higher priced stainless tank washing assemblies, while providing for simple maintenance.

The series provides nozzles with both 360° and 180° rotation in a robust and sturdy PVDF construction. The self-lubricating nozzle operates at up to 80 psi and is effective in vessels up to 10ft in diameter. The PVDF construction provides a high-quality nozzle that can be installed in any orientation and is effective in a variety of applications, from keg and tank washing to food processing and machine clean-in-place.

The nozzle flow provides from 1.77 gallons per minute (GPM) at 5 psi to over 7 gallons at 80 psi.

Typical applications for this series of nozzles are keg and tank washing, small tank rinsing, machine clean-in-place and food processing.
