Top five companies in consumer industry accounted for 70% of hiring activity

The top companies, in terms of number of new job postings tracked by GlobalData, as of Q3 2023 were Performance Food Group, Blink, Peloton Interactive, Kellogg, and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Together they accounted for a combined share of 70% of all health & wellness-related new jobs in the consumer industry.

Performance Food Group posted 4,616 health & wellness-related new jobs in Q3 2023, Blink 455 jobs, Peloton Interactive 401 jobs, Kellogg 388 jobs, and LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton 268 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

Hiring activity was driven by the US with an 83.64% share of total new job postings, Q3 2023

The largest share of health & wellness-related new job postings in the consumer industry in Q3 2023 was in the US with 83.64% followed by Germany (3.21%) and Australia (2.28%). The share represented by the US was five percentage points higher than the 78.70% share it accounted for in Q2 2023.
