A food producer company operates several autoclaves to sterilize meat/sausages in different types of packaging such as cans, jars, aluminium and plastic trays. The treatment applied in the water used in the autoclaves was not fully successful and as consequence, the closure of the containers made of galvanized wire, get corroded.
