Flavourtech Wins 2026 NSW Australia Regional Exporter of the Year

Flavourtech is once again the winner of the Regional Exporter of the Year at the Premier’s NSW Export Awards. The Premier’s NSW Export Awards, now in its 64th year, recognises the achievements and resilience of NSW exporters, with this year’s programme spanning 13 national categories and three NSW categories.

The awards acknowledge the achievements of exporters in improving NSW’s economic activity, boosting jobs and recognising their hard work and determination to succeed.

Flavourtech CEO, Leon Skaliotis (pictured above; second on the left), later shared his thoughts on their win: “For more than a decade, the NSW Export Awards have provided Flavourtech with a platform to tell our story and celebrate the success of regional NSW manufacturing. They have allowed us to demonstrate that innovative food and beverage technology developed, engineered and produced in regional NSW can compete on the world stage and earn the trust of customers across the globe. We would like to thank the Export Council of Australia and Investment NSW for their continued support, as well as the talented Flavourtech team whose dedication makes all this possible.”

We would also like to congratulate the other NSW businesses named as category winners, especially fellow Riverina business Gundagai Lamb, who was crowned “NSW Exporter of the Year”.

Flavourtech now progresses as a finalist in the Regional Exporter category of the 64th Australian Export Awards to be held at Parliament House in Canberra on 18 November 2026.

Established in 1987, Flavourtech specialises in aroma recovery, extraction and evaporation technology for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries and exports to more than 60 countries.
